1- Theoreatical training

Welcome to the DZ (Drop Zone)!

Once the administrative documents have been completed, you will start with a theoretical half-day in which you will learn the theory related to parachuting allowing you to make your first jumps in complete safety.

You will also benefit from a packing course and will discover the parachutist's equipment and the course of your upcoming practical training.

2- Briefing on the ground

Your instructor will be assigned to you and will explain in detail the sequence of the upcoming jumps and what is expected of you.

Practical ground exercises and a model airplane will allow you to practice exit and freefall.

Your instructor will brief you on all the elements that make up the jump (boarding, preparation in the plane, setting up, falling, under canopy & landing)

3- Plane ride

Lets go for the first jump !

You instructors is with you and checks your gear before every jump.

At 4000M, the door opens and comes the time to get ready at the door.​​​

For the first jump, 2 instructors will jump with you.​

4- The freefall

You are free falling in the sky with your monitors.

For the first jump, an instructor will be constantly next to you, ready to open the parachute, the other instructor in front of you to give you signals to correct the position as well as exercises to do while falling.

At 1500 m, the parachute opens, either by you or the instructor.

5- Under the canopy

The parachute is open, you carry out the checks for correct opening then you begin your circuit under canopy.

You will have a radio and will be supervised by a ground monitor until you land.

The descent lasts about 7 minutes, so enjoy it!

6- 1st solo and after

You continue your progression, from the second jump, you jump with a single instructor who makes you work on your position as well as different exits and falling exercises.

You will learn how to move from the back to flat position, to perform different exits and above all to fully enjoy because we are still here to have fun!
